SAMMANFATTNING
A number of properties of the Lorentz spaces G_p,w, 0 < p < ..., with a non-negative measurable weight function w, are studied. We present at first some basic results concerning new formulas on quasi-norm, duality, embeddings and Boyd indices. Further we show that for any 0 < p < .., G_p,w contains an order isomorpic and complemented copy of l^p. We apply then this result to determine criteria for order convexity and concavity as well as for lower and upper estimates. We finnish with characterization of type and cotype of G_p,w
